Vito’s is a new 160 - cover restaurant from Sunday Co., serving New York style Italian cuisine, elevated classic cocktails and exciting 400+ bottle wine list. We’re still early enough that the people who join now will help shape how our bars run.

We’re after bartenders who love a busy service, take pride in a well-made drink, and can hold a outstanding conversation with a full rail in front of them.

What you’ll do
Run your own section and keep drinks moving quickly without dropping the standard
Be the host of your bar, guiding guests through our drinks and food
Keep your station clean and ready, however busy service gets

What we’re looking for
2+ years behind a busy bar
Curiosity about cocktails, wine and food
Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a team-first attitude
Experience serving food at the bar is a plus
Current NSW RSA
