The Aquarium in Sydney CBD is seeking an Administrative Officer to support outsourced provider relationships. You will be the central point for external providers, assist the 3rd Party Risk Management SME, and handle invoicing and reconciliations. This role is full time with no work-from-home option.

We expect tertiary qualifications in business or finance, solid communication, and solid Excel/Outlook skills. Organised specialists with stakeholder engagement ability will fit well.
