We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Physiotherapist to join our growing team and develop their clinical skills in a supportive community-based environment.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist with Companion Home Care, you will:
Conduct physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes
Develop and deliver personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs
Support clients with mobility, strength, balance and falls prevention
Monitor progress and review treatment goals
Educate clients and families on self-management strategies
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with care staff and other healthcare specialists

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has recently completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy




Holds an AHPRA registration
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is passionate about helping older people remain independent
Is eager to learn and develop professionally
Holds a current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
