LifeGrain is a well-established, multi-site café brand, serving breakfast & lunch 7 days a week. We are placing a strong focus on specialty coffee, easy, fresh and healthy food, and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a committed, full-time Café Manager to join our Plume Café team and lead our Kogarah location.

Responsibilities:
All aspects of managing the cafe on a daily basis
Recruiting and managing a full team
Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
Stock ordering & cost control
Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s
Promoting and marketing the cafe to increase sales.
