About the Role
In a hands-on customer service position supporting freight clients, overseas agents and internal operations.
You will:
Manage customer enquiries across phone and email
Coordinate order management and bookings with agents
Prepare freight quotations and follow up client requirements
Maintain shipment updates and records through Cargo Wise
Support client retention through proactive, reliable service

What You'll Need to Succeed
Customer service experience within freight forwarding
Hands-on Cargo Wise experience
Import or export freight and shipping knowledge
Solid communication skills across phone and email
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Ability to meet deadlines with solid attention to detail
