Purpose: support the Program Director and deputise across program leadership. Seniority: Principal. Reports to: Program Director.
Responsibilities
Deputise for the Program Director in governance forums and decisions within delegation.
Coordinate workstream leads and resolve cross workstream dependencies.
Oversee the program office functions and reporting cycle.
Coach ASIC managers in program governance practice.
Essential: senior program leadership in large government programs; dependency and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams. Desirable: experience deputising on a program of comparable scale; P3O or MSP.
