THE ROLE.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join the team and manage projects from early feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, taking responsibility for project outcomes while ensuring projects are delivered within agreed budgets, programmes and quality expectations.

DUTIES.
Manage client-side projects from initial feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.
Lead the coordination of architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
Oversee project budgets, programmes, procurement, risks and variations.
Act as the client's representative, protecting their interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance against agreed objectives.
Prepare project reports and provide updates to clients and senior stakeholders.




Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues to maintain successful delivery.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and project partners.

ABOUT YOU.
Minimum 6 years' experience in client-side project management.
Proven experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
Robust understanding of project budgets, programmes and procurement.
Experience coordinating consultants and contractors.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, commercially aware and confident managing competing priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
