Job Description

Helping Hands Mango Hill is seeking a Service Manager to lead a large, established Outside School Hours Care service.

This is a full time position, working block shifts. The total salary package for this role is $100,700.

Main Duties

As the Service Manager, you'll lead the overall success of your service by:
Leading, coaching and developing a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
Driving exceptional educational programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Acting as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Building solid partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
Managing service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
Preparing your service for Assessment & Rating and maintaining high-quality standards.
Creating a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.
