Where Is The Work

In office (5 days)

Provide exceptional support as part of a team of qualified service technicians,

responsible for carrying out operational, maintenance and repair works on commercial Chillers and HVAC equipment
Carry out planned and unplanned service, maintenance and commissioning

of all types of Trane and other brand of Chiller Plants, Air Handling Units and

Unitary Air Conditioning Systems
Accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work

performed




Participate in the after hours standby duty roster
Fostering and maintaining qualified working relationships amongst

technicians and apprentices and continually demonstrate the ability to work within pairs and smaller teams
Comply with all safety, company and statutory policies and procedures at all

times
Actively participate in all company facilitated training and service meetings

As Required By The Company
As required by the company, facilitate on-site training for

technicians/ apprentices as well as supervise work performed by an allocated apprentice.
Quote and bring recent client leads of small service repairs
