The Law Society of Recent South Wales is seeking an External Intervention Solicitor - Team Leader to guide the external interventions team and manage caseloads under the Uniform Law. You will supervise solicitors and support practitioners facing practice difficulties, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will lead reporting, resource management, and education initiatives, with a hybrid work arrangement and senior leadership exposure within the Legal Regulation Directorate.
