Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is seeking a Senior leader to head Mount Isa Mines' Communities and Social Performance (CSP). The role leads CSP delivery across stakeholder engagement, Indigenous relations and social investment in a major mining operation.

Based in Mount Isa, the Superintendent will build solid relationships with Traditional Owners, government and community groups, and lead the CSP team to deliver on group targets and expectations for responsible social performance.
