One Door Mental Health Canterbury is seeking a skilled Counsellor for a 6-month, full time fixed-term opportunity in the Canterbury area. You will conduct brief interventions, intake and risk assessments and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Using Open Dialogue and recovery‑oriented care, you will empower people to shape their recovery and engage with their networks. We value flexibility, including weekend/afternoon shifts, and offer competitive benefits and solid qualified supervision.
