We are seeking a detail-driven Receiving Administrator to support our Kilsyth Warehouse team with inbound delivery data entry and warehouse floor operations. This position is suitable to someone with previous warehouse operations experience looking to progress in their career. This role offers transferable exposure to a range of operational and administrative skills and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
Process import shipments and receipt goods into our WMS system in accordance with our goods receipt process
Contribute to warehouse workflow and received goods organisation (forklift operating)
Coordinate the activities of 3rd party logistics providers to ensure inbound shipments are processed in a timely manner
Assist in managing the warehouse inbox,



providing timely responses
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations
