Edition Hospitality Pty Ltd’s NOMAD Brisbane on James Street seeks an experienced Head Sommelier to lead our wine program for a landmark opening this Summer. You will curate a seasonal list, champion Australian producers, and work with the Group Sommelier to create memorable guest experiences.

This hands-on leadership role combines passion for wine with commercial thinking, staff development and warm hospitality. Experience with wine dinners and solid relationship-building skills are essential.
