icare NSW is seeking a Contact Services Officer to support workers compensation and underwriting services in a hybrid NSW-based role. You will primarily work over the phone to assist customers, resolve inquiries and explain underwriting documentation and coverage requirements.

As part of a team-oriented team, you will gather and verify customer information, participate in policy maintenance activities, and escalate complex issues as needed.
