HR Risk and Advisory seeks a proactive customer service qualified to coordinate orders, support procurement, and provide Level 1 IT assistance. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, sales and technical teams to resolve enquiries and keep orders moving.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, with 3–4 days in the Mulgrave office and some work-from-home days. Training and career development prospects are provided, along with an on-call allowance and ongoing upskilling support.
