City FM Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support Coles in a rapid-paced setting. The role involves handling a high volume of calls, resolving issues, and ensuring data is captured accurately to meet KPI targets.

You will join a skilled team in a full-time fixed-term 6-month contract, with a rotating 7am–7pm roster, Monday to Friday. On-site parking and learning opportunities are provided.
