In this high-impact role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our clients and internal engineering teams, spearheading the delivery of precision machinery and bespoke spare parts to major industrial operations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business prospects while meticulously managing sales pipelines within the sugar, mining, and cement sectors.
Client Engagement & Advocacy: Conduct strategic in office client visits, deliver compelling technical presentations, and lead high-stakes contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to seamlessly translate complex customer requirements into creative, custom manufacturing solutions.
Performance & Data Integrity: Maintain pristine CRM records, forecast sales trajectories accurately, and track performance metrics to ensure continuous revenue growth.
Key Requirements
Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in technical sales within heavy industry sectors (specifically Sugar, Mining, or Cement).
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build rapport across all corporate and technical levels.
Technical & Software Proficiency: High proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage workflows and data.
Educational Background: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of practical industry experience.
Mobility: Flexibility and readiness to undertake regular domestic travel for in office client consultations and facility visits.
