Origin Support Services is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our team in a full time, remote-friendly role. You'll provide HR, IR and document control support, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and help maintain a secure, inclusive workplace for staff and participants.

Key duties include advising on HR and Fair Work matters, drafting contracts, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR records and policies, coordinating inductions, and supporting reviews.
