Macquarie Technology Group is seeking a Billing Consultant to resolve complex customer billing enquiries with a high level of service. You will investigate issues end-to-end, analyse invoices, contracts, pricing and account data, then communicate outcomes clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role involves working across Credit, Account Management, Service Delivery and Sales to prevent recurring issues, improve processes and leverage AI to make billing smarter and more effective.
