To be successful, you will have the following:
A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is typically preferred.
5+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company
Strong commercial acumen
Exposure to projects over $50m

Opportunity:
With a big emphasis on the success of this $500m residential development, you will report into a seasoned Snr Contracts Adminsitrator and have the ability to progress through the ranks and lead future projects.

Experience with a reputable top tier or mid-tier builder is highly advantageous and strongly desired. You will have the support of other CA's and PE's and you'll be fortunate enough to be working with a Project Director who will provide clear direction and management whilst enhancing the team culture and harmony at the same time.
