RACV Hobart Apartment Hotel is seeking a casual Commis Chef to join its kitchen brigade. You will report to the Head Chef and work across restaurant, bar, conference and events, and room service with a focus on local ingredients and seasonal dishes.

You'll support the team in a quick-paced setting, contribute to menu development and costings, and help maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all service periods.
