As a Commercial Motor Claims Specialist you will be responsible for managing and processing Heavy/Commercial Motor claims with a key focus on ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with company policies.

You will also be:
Investigating claims thoroughly by gathering relevant information such as reports, images, and witness statements
Liaising with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution of claims
Assessing policy coverage, liability, and loss extent to determine claim validity
Negotiating settlements in a timely and fair manner
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims

Ideally you will have:
Recent proven experience in a Commercial Motor claims role
A customer-first attitude
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously
Solid attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
