The Communication Manager is responsible for developing and delivering communication plans that support business priorities, drive colleague engagement and enable customer success across global teams.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position. As the role will provide significant support to our US region, flexibility in working hours is preferred to enable effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, the role provides communication expertise, governance and guidance to ensure messages are transparent, timely, relevant and delivered through the most effective channels. The role also oversees the delivery of transactional customer communications, supporting operational, service, compliance and product-related initiatives.
