We are looking for an experienced or willing to learn, reliable and hardworking Sushi Roll Maker / Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and roll sushi, including inside-out rolls, hand rolls and sushi packs. Cut, portion and present sushi neatly and consistently. Prepare ingredients, including vegetables, seafood and fillings. Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
