Back of House (BOH): Responsibilities include food preparation, flame-grilling, assembling orders, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and minimizing waste. Requirements: We value punctuality, reliability, and a robust work ethic. Candidates should be capable of performing well under pressure within a fast-paced setting. We require strict adherence to our uniform policy, including the use of non-slip shoes, and compliance with operational standards, such as the prohibition of mobile phone use during shifts.
