Description
Carriage of Conveyancing matters (purchase and sale), some leasing matters and sale/purchase of business.
Mentoring available for more complex property and transactional matters.
Excellent friendly team workplace.
-Have at least 5 years experience in property law matters.
-Be able to work with other staff in property department.
-Be proficient in Smokeball Software (or LEAP - similar)
-Must be proficient in PEXA and AML requirements.
-Must be a team player and able to assist other Lawyers with more complex property matters and other legal matters.
-Personal Assistant/Secretarial/Paralegal experience would be advantageous.
-Friendly setting and salary commensurate on experience.
