We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing facility based in Rowville. This is a permanent, full-time day shift role offering excellent hourly rates and long-term stability within a supportive team workplace.

The Role
You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance duties, including:
Preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and machinery
Electrical fault finding, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Ensuring plant and equipment operate safely and efficiently
Supporting production teams with technical expertise
Attending breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance
Promoting safety, quality, and compliance at all times

What You’ll Need




Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial workplace – ideally food or FMCG
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valuable communication skills and a proactive attitude
