Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Casual Educator to join our team. This role is essential for providing high-quality educational support and fostering a positive learning environment for children. The Casual Educator will play a crucial part in delivering engaging interactions and assisting in the overall development of learners, ensuring that educational standards are met and maintained.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
Maintain active supervision of children at all times.
Uphold Child Secure Standards and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to harm.
Support children in their learning and development, providing guidance and encouragement.
Assist in setting up protected, engaging and developmentally appropriate environments.
Support a positive, respectful team culture.
Be flexible in rostering, changes and adjustments needed from day to day




Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
Maintain a safe and inclusive setting, promoting positive behaviour.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:
Significant experience in an educational setting, preferably as an educator or teaching assistant.
Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Current Working with Children Check.
