Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking 2x experienced Warehouse/Forklift Operators to join a well-established logistics and industrial services company based in Bibra Lake . These opportunities offer reliable hours, a robust safety culture, supportive team environment, and the potential for ongoing work for reliable operators.

$37.71/hr + penalties (casual rate)
Monday to Friday roster
6:30am or 7:30am starts
8-hour days
Located Bibra Lake

Opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person

Duties Include:
Operating forklifts within the wool processing area
Move and position wool bales, packaging materials, equipment and general stores items around the facility.
Learning and operating the core line (training provided)
Weight adjusting bales and maintaining our wool show floor.
Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
Packing and unpacking containerised freight
Maintained stock levels of packaging,



consumables and production materials at the line.
Assisting with inventory and stock control
Completing basic paperwork and computer-based tasks
Adjusting and handling wool bales
General warehouse and housekeeping duties
Followed strict safety procedures when working around moving machinery, forklifts and wool-processing equipment.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Forklift Licence
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
Physically fit with ability to perform manual labour
Good computer and administrative skills
Solid commitment to workplace safety
Experience handling wool products (highly desirable)
Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Full Australian working rights
