RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT – STAR PHONES | ALBURY NSW

Star Phones, Australia's #1 mobile accessories retailer with over 55 stores nationwide, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team in Albury, NSW.

Full time and Part time positions available (24–50 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories, including phone cases, screen protectors, chargers and power banks.
Provide assistance with basic mobile phone repairs.
Deliver friendly and skilled customer service.
Achieve sales targets and contribute towards store KPIs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in recommending products and upselling.
A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Reliable, motivated and passionate about customer service.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay of $27.81 – $35.00.
Monthly performance bonuses of up to $1,000 – $1,500.
