Mostly daytime shifts (typically 10:00am-5:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing
Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with established procedures
Apply food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning standards
Maintain food safety documentation and compliance records
Monitor stock levels and support stock rotation
Support efficient kitchen operations and meal service





What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and workplace health and safety practices
Aged care or healthcare cooking experience is highly regarded
Understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
Solid communication, organisation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using digital devices such as tablets or iPads
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
