To be successful you must have the following:
5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
Strong experience across multi-residential, apartments or large-scale residential projects
Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
Strong subcontractor procurement and negotiation skills
Experience managing variations,
EOTs, progress claims and cost reporting
Robust attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Confident working closely with Project Managers and site teams
Experience with Procore will be highly regarded
Construction, Quantity Surveying or related qualification preferred
