Bubble Tea Preparation: Ability to prepare bubble tea, toppings and other beverages.
Customer Service: Friendly communication and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
Attention to Detail: Ensure every drink is prepared accurately, consistently and presented well.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.

Willingness to Learn: Quickly adapt to current recipes, equipment and operating procedures.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.

Availability & Requirements
Mandarin is mandatory
Part-time and casual positions available.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
Previous bubble tea experience is highly regarded.
Experience operating POS systems is an advantage.
Must have valid Australian working rights.
Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic.
