Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a Bar/Beverage Manager to spearhead the pre-opening and ongoing operation of the Mott 32 bar program in a luxury dining workplace. You will craft cutting-edge beverage offerings and drive quality, cost control and guest satisfaction across all shift periods.

You will recruit, train and coach a high-performing team, collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Chef, and ensure compliance with liquor licenses and safety standards.
