Hello all,

I am an labourer with two year's experience in general yard hand duties and assisting a variety of trades such as carpenters, landscapers, brickies, painters and demolition.

I have since moved to a desk based role and I am concerned that my waistline will start to show it. So I am looking to work a shift for the first half on Saturdays FOR FREE - yes for no charge at all. As long as I am in the elements, moving around, lifting heavy shit and generally being active, then I will not require any remuneration. I miss the physical exercise that labouring gave me.

My experience can be summarised as follows:
Daily use of power tools such as recip saw, grinder and drills;
Heavy lifting of steel, rubble and tools;
Shovelling, wheelbarrowing and digging earth, dirt and clay;
Digging with a jackhammer and shovel around foundations in residential and commercial buildings;
Clearing out rubble and dirt with hands and wheel barrow;
Stripping out and de-fitting residential and commerical properties;
Assisting with the laying and smoothing of concrete.
Safely working with machine operators; and
Assisting with general labouring duties on the building site.
