The Chance

Seeking a motivated and experienced Finance and Administration Officer to play a key role in the growing team. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Team Leader, you'll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while supporting ongoing improvements to systems, processes and reporting accuracy.

This is a hands-on position offering variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact across the business. This is a Monday - Friday, 8.30-5pm , permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounts receivable and invoicing
Client invoicing and management of debtors
Support accounts payable and perform daily bank reconciliations
Maintain company insurances, contracts, and finance records plus general finance support




Prepare and reconcile monthly BAS and other management and monthly reports
Deliver accurate financial statements and cash flow forecasts
Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and internal processes
Provide general administration and team support as required
Preparation of accurate and timely group management and financial reports, cash flow forecasting

About You
Previous experience in an accounting or senior bookkeeping role
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills
ERP system experience (Business Central highly regarded)
Double entry accounting software experience is highly desired
Motivated, hands-on and committed to continuous improvement and developing fellow team members
