What We're Looking For
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, cold storage, or food processing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Full working rights
Solid focus on safety and following procedures
Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic
Ability to work effectively within a team setting
Good communication skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled workplace
Willingness to learn and adapt to site processes
Food manufacturing experience is highly regarded
LF Licence (Forklift exp required) will only be a small part of the role, but is required.
