Provide general management and leadership of the team and tasks on site
Carry out carpentry from frame and truss installation through to lock-up, fit-off and general carpentry
Renovation and alteration work, including in and around occupied homes
Read and interpret plans, specs and engineering, and check work against them
Coordinate with other trades so work flows in the right order
Do quality checks before stage inspections and sort out defects quickly
Check deliveries against orders and keep the Construction Manager updated on progress, materials and any variations
Lead by example on safety, run toolbox talks and keep the site clean and secure
