Metafix is looking for an experienced Head Fencer to join our team, someone who takes pride in their work, knows their trade and can confidently take responsibility for fencing and retaining wall projects.

About the Role

You'll work alongside an Assistant Fencer, constructing Colorbond and timber fences and concrete sleeper and composite retaining walls.

You'll be responsible for organising your daily work, maintaining quality and productivity,



and representing Metafix professionally on site.

You'll receive approximately one week of on-the-job induction before taking responsibility for jobs independently.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has solid experience in fencing and retaining wall construction
Can confidently organise and complete jobs independently
Is reliable, punctual and well organised
Works efficiently without cutting corners
Communicates well with customers and teammates
Takes responsibility and solves problems
Leads by example and works well with others

Requirements: Current manual driver's licence, White Card and Australian working rights.
