We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quick Food Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills required are Diploma in Management, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience plus hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of driving both operational excellence and business growth. Only shortlisted people will be notified. Location: Granville NSW Salary: $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation Status: Full time Key Tasks include:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery




Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent standards
Ensure compliance with Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
Recruit, train, and supervise staff Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work setting
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and development
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and product quality
Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets
Track sales performance, control expenses, and optimise profitability
Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and operational data
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
Identify opportunities to increase client foot-fall and brand visibility
