Purpose: support impact assessment, readiness tracking, communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement and adoption.

Seniority: Mid to senior.

Reports to: Change Management Lead.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the change impact register and readiness surveys.

• Write plain language communications for internal and external audiences, coordinated with ASIC Group Communications.

• Coordinate role based training and train the trainer sessions.

• Track adoption and support demand after each release.

Essential: change analysis or communications on technology change programs.

Desirable: training design; accessible communication (WCAG 2.0); government experience.
