Magic Eden is seeking an HR Operations Lead to run day-to-day people operations for a globally distributed team. You’ll own onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data, and Deel EOR management, supporting US, UK and Australia entities with local requirements and perks.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll shape and grow the HR function as the company scales, handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and ensuring cross-time-zone collaboration.
