Wellio in Melbourne is seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to close current business and lead our Melbourne SDR team. You will run your own sales cycle with schools while guiding a three-person SDR team, carrying your own closing target alongside theirs.

You will own the full sales cycle, coach the SDRs, collaborate with Growth Marketing, and build a healthy pipeline across both your deals and the team’s.
