Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker looking for immediate shifts with a supportive team?
We are currently seeking NDIS-experienced Support Workers to join a Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across the NSW Mid North Coast. This is an excellent prospect for dedicated support workers who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people living with disability.

About the Role
You will be supporting residents within a SIL home, assisting with daily living activities and providing person-centred care in a protected and supportive environment.
Essential Requirements
Support Worker Experience
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Fully compliant and ready to commence immediately
Experience providing personal care
Experience with manual handling
Certificate III in Individual Support

Robust communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
