RDK Spray Painting is seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter / Sandblaster to join our workshop team in Toowoomba.

You will work as part of a team preparing, coating and maintaining a range of products and industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting and coating, including cleaning, sanding and sandblasting.
Apply industrial coatings and paint finishes to products and equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep the workshop clean and safe.




Work cooperatively with the team to meet production and quality requirements.

About you
At least 1 year of relevant industrial spray-painting or sandblasting experience.
Experience preparing surfaces and applying industrial coatings.
Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Full Australian working rights.

A current forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

What we offer
$45–$55 per hour, depending on experience.
Full time, Monday-to-Friday workshop hours.
The prospect to work with a supportive team on wide-ranging industrial projects.
