About the Position:

You will lead the Brisbane Wills & Estates team and manage a caseload of your own.
Lead, supervise and mentor the team,



and guide them on complex files
Advise clients through stressful and life-changing matters with explicit guidance
Manage team performance, workflow and file quality
Build client and referral relationships in Brisbane
Work with colleagues across the firm's other offices

What you'll need to succeed in this role:
Admitted in Queensland, with a current practising certificate
7+ PAE in Wills & Estates
Experience leading or supervising lawyers, or a clear readiness to step up
Solid advocacy, advisory and drafting skills
Empathy and clear communication with clients in difficult circumstances
Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset
Desirable: contested estates experience, Accredited Specialist status or a path to it
