We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Medical Administrator to join our growing team.

Medical Administration – Radiology

About the Role

This is a rewarding front-line position where you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for both patients and referrers.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care
Managing bookings and appointment scheduling
Processing referrals and ensuring accurate data entry
Handling Medicare billing, bulk billing, and patient payments
Liaising with referrers and supporting clinical staff
Managing phone and email enquiries




Supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic

About You

You are someone who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely cares about people.

We’re looking for:
Previous experience in medical administration (radiology experience highly regarded)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A positive, team-first attitude
Experience with medical software (e.g. RIS/PACS, Medicare, Healthlink) is desirable
