The Role

Working as part of an established maintenance team you'll be responsible for maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities




Electrical breakdown response, fault finding and repairs
Carrying out preventative and scheduled maintenance
Diagnosing electrical, instrumentation and automation faults
Maintaining PLC-controlled production machinery and automated systems
Troubleshooting VSDs, motors, control circuits and electrical systems
Reading and navigating PLC programs to identify and resolve faults
Supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives

About You
Current Queensland or Australian Electrical Licence
Current CPR/LVR cert
Previous experience within FMCG, food processing or manufacturing environments
Robust electrical fault-finding and breakdown maintenance capabilities
Ability to read, navigate and troubleshoot PLC programs
Exposure to Allen Bradley, Siemens and/or Schneider PLC systems
Experience with VSDs, motor controls and industrial automation
SCADA exposure or PLC programming experience will be highly regarded
