The Trustee for the Grampians Trust in Sydney, NSW is seeking qualified chefs for Resorts and Hotels/Pubs with 4–8 week contracts. Call for solo, senior chef and chef de partie roles; starting as soon as possible. You will work in fine dining or upmarket settings with split shifts and ongoing prospects.

Applicants must have 3–5 years experience, be trade qualified, own uniform and knives, and be prepared to relocate to venues across Australia. Competitive hourly pay and meals provided.
